D.3 Improve the Service we offer
We are working on the constant improvement of our online store, on the browsing and shopping experience both on the computer and on portable devices. As we briefly said in point (C.3.), we use certain data during navigation which allow us to analyze behavior, collect clicks made on certain products and recommend products to you during your navigation to make your shopping experience more customizable and satisfying.
E.- For how long will we use your Personal Data?
The new Data Protection Regulation establishes a retention period for Personal Data for each of the purposes for which we use it.
E.1. Service delivery
We will use your Personal Data until you decide to stop using our Service. For this you will have to delete your user account. As long as you do not unsubscribe, we will continue to process your Personal Data.
E.2. Marketing Actions
We will use your Personal Data for the marketing purposes set out in point (D.2.), as long as you have agreed to receive communications. We will stop using them when you are connected to your account and you have unchecked the box to no longer receive our communications.
E.3 Improve the Service we offer
We will use your Personal Data until you decide to stop using our Service. For this you will have to delete your user account. As long as you do not unsubscribe, we will continue to process your Personal Data.
F.- Will we share your Personal Data with third parties?
We will not share your Personal Data with any company for the purpose of using this data in advertising and marketing actions. We will share your data with the logistics companies, as they need it to ship your order to its destination. We will only share your data with the purchase of a bicycle or a frame that we do not have in our logistics center, so that our supplier can dispatch your order directly from its warehouse. We will share your data (not personal, only browsing) with the analytics tools we use like Google Analytics.
G.- What rights do you have in terms of Data Protection?
As a user of SoolBike you have a series of rights so that you can decide and control at any time how we use your Personal Data. You can exercise these rights at any time and you must do so by sending an email to: soolbike@gmail.com so that we can satisfy you. You have the rights detailed below:
G.1 Consultation and Correction
You can ask us if we are using your Personal Data and what data we have used and the period of time for which we will keep it. You can also ask us to modify certain data that we have about you to be up to date.

You can ask us to delete the Personal Data we have from you. For example, if you have unsubscribed from our service by deleting your account, it is no longer necessary for us to continue processing your Personal Data.
