Transport of your package
Packages are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment. 

Classic shipping
The standard shipping method is home delivery in a specific time slot of your choice via colissimo. For bikes, shipping is free and via UPS.

Sending abroad
For shipments outside mainland France, only the UPS solution is possible. You still benefit from a follow-up throughout the sending of your package.

Package tracking
To follow your package, we will give you the tracking number. For any problems or questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipment price
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order and the destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your purchases together as one order. Otherwise, individual orders will be dispatched individually, which may incur additional shipping costs.

Package protection
Our packages are oversized and protected, we have developed custom packaging with our supplier so that all our products are transported without any risk.

Returns
In case of non-compliance of the package received with respect to your initial order, exchange or after-sales service, a return of the package is possible. For the steps to follow, contact us: soolbike@gmail.com
We recommend that you return your item in its original box with loss and damage insurance and tracking of the shipment.

You must attach to the package:
– your contact details, a valid address for the return, your telephone number and your email address ;
– a brief description of the problem encountered, specifying whether you want an exchange or a repair;
– a copy of the proof of purchase.
